Cancelation Policy
- Session Policies:
- Minimum Commitment: Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Any 30 or 90 minute sessions must be pre-approved by Marni or The Tailored Tutor administration.
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be marked Absent and a full session fee will be charged.
- Missed Sessions (no notice): The full session fee will be charged.
- Late Arrivals: Tutoring continues until the scheduled end time, and the full fee applies.
