Registration Form

● Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before a session: Subject to a

    $50 fee, which will be waived if the session is rescheduled within the same week.

● Missed sessions or cancellations within 1 hour of the session start: The full fee

    will be charged.

● Late arrivals: Tutoring will continue for the remainder of the scheduled time, but

   the full session fee will apply.
